I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist having been trained and personally taught by Marisa Peer, founder of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) a therapy that harnesses the most powerful potential on this planet - Your Mind!

RTT is a solution-orientated hybrid therapy that is both fast and highly effective and is based on the science of neuroplasticity (the brain’s ability to change and adapt due to experience) and combines the most beneficial principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT).

RTT focuses on a direct pathway to finding the root cause and enables a subconscious level of understanding that can free you from old, self-defeating beliefs, patterns of thought and subsequently unwanted behaviours. Allowing you to see and understand for yourself, why you have the beliefs you have and how it affects you today, reframing any negative beliefs and replacing them with positive empowering thoughts.

I believe in offering my clients a fast and effective solution to their issues (normally 1 to 3 sessions), enabling them to live their best life, free from the past. Free from physical, emotional and psychological pain.
