All treatments and skills in one place
Established in 1976, Haslemere Clinic is one of the area’s longest-standing multidisciplinary healthcare practices.
Led by Andrew Wilson-Smith, with over 37 years’ clinical experience in Osteopathy and Orthotic prescribing, the clinic provides trusted, evidence-based musculoskeletal and therapeutic care for patients across Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire.
We take a structured and individualised approach to treatment, focusing on identifying the underlying mechanical and functional contributors to pain — not simply managing symptoms. With strong foundations in biomechanics, osteopathy and rehabilitation, we integrate movement assessment and, where appropriate, orthotic prescription alongside a broad range of complementary and psychological therapies to support long-term health and wellbeing.

Advised by my podiatrist to seek help from Andrew at Haslemere Clinic whose knowledge and expertise has resulted in bespoke orthotics. After a major operation on my right foot in 2024 I now walk pain free. I am so very grateful, glad I went privately it was worth every penny and will recommend this clinic. Thank you to all
Excellent appointment as always. Wouldnt go anywhere else, Andrew knows his stuff when it comes to orthotics. He has really helped both my boys ans continues to do so.
Very friendly reception staff who provide great advice on possible treatment options. They recommended the wonderful Joshua who is brilliant at working with and motivating teens. So glad I walked in and spoke to them. I’ve high hopes that my some will be playing sport again soon after a year of injury.
Martin was wonderful- I was nervous about seeing an osteopath for the first time and he instantly put me at ease. I have faith that he will help me get back up and running (not literally - too old for that) soon!
